1. What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age is 23 years, and the client must hold a valid driving licence for at least 3 years. This rule ensures the necessary driving experience for safety.

2. What documents are required for rental?

When collecting the vehicle, you must present a valid driving licence and either a passport or ID card. Without these documents, the rental cannot be processed.

3. What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 2 days. For shorter rentals, the rate will be equivalent to two full days.

4. What happens if the reserved car is not available?

If the selected model or class is unavailable, we will provide a car of the same or higher class at the same price, with no extra charge.

5. What is the deposit amount?

2000 MDL or 100 EUR for clients with documents issued in the Republic of Moldova.
350 EUR for clients without Moldovan documents.
The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the car, provided there are no damages, fines, or additional costs.

6. How is payment made?

You can pay by credit/debit card or in cash upon collection. We accept major international and local cards.

7. Are all cars insured?

Yes. All our cars are insured and undergo a technical check before each rental to ensure safety and comfort.

8. What should I do in case of an accident?

Immediately call the police and notify our company using the number provided in the contract. We will give you the necessary instructions and assistance throughout the process.

9. Are the cars new and what happens if there is a breakdown?

Our fleet is regularly maintained. In case of a breakdown, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance, and a replacement vehicle may be provided subject to availability.

10. Can I pick up and return the car in different locations?

Yes. You can collect the car from Chișinău Airport and return it to our office in the city free of charge. Upon request, we can deliver or collect the vehicle in other locations in Moldova for an additional fee. Late check-in/check-out service is available for 20 EUR.

11. In what condition should the car be returned?

The car must be returned clean for proper inspection and quick deposit refund. We recommend keeping the fuel receipt if following the “full-to-full” policy.

12. Are there any usage restrictions?

Vehicles cannot be used for taxi services, commercial activities, racing, or off-road driving. The driver may not hand over the car to any third party without the company’s written consent.
